My Winners, Losers and Takeaways from CPAC 2015
Overall, almost 1,000 people came through the Activism Boot Camp sessions at CPAC. I think next year, in a Presidential, we can, and will, really kill it. 2,000 maybe??

Certainly, in a practical, real world environment, behavior would be forced to change. But here’s our first lesson: GOP and center-right politics do not operate in the real world. It is something of an alternate universe.
Winning will give the Republican Party a new, and false, sense of confidence, which could mask the significant deficiencies that remain in the Right’s political infrastructure. These deficiencies, if not rectified on a national scale, will make it impossible for the GOP to win the White House in 2016.
We seek national, generational change, which does not begin at the top, in Washington, DC. It begins at the bottom in as many local communities as possible so that a groundswell rising from the bottom up will bring the change we want.
